Mark has cleaned our gas fireplaces for several years. He is an exceptional employee and works efficiently to be sure our gas fireplaces are ready for winter! Definitely, a five star goes to this employee!!
I have been a long time customer of Star Heating for annual checks and maintenance. Recently, I noticed a water stain in my ceiling. The roofing company came out but couldn’t locate the problem and suggested I have my HVAC system checked as it may be the exhaust connector since I had it installed 2024. Justin came out access the problem and located a small hole on the roof where the storm cover is located- sealed it! I must say, the first thing Justin said to me, “I am good at finding things “ and he did just that! Thank you Justin for your excellent service and discovering and fixing the problem.
Installers were respectful, let me know what their Arrival time would be. Craig was a great sales person. Would do business with them again. 2nd time- had guys in for maintenance on our gas fireplace this time. Nice guys. Respectful. They had finished an earlier job so called to ask if they could come start earlier.
