I just had a WOW experience with Reed HVAC! After the hottest weekend of the year, I called at 7:30 Monday morning for a service call. My AC had stopped blowing cold air. Less than 3 1/2 hours later they have already been here and fixed the problem! Simply amazing.

Have really had some fantastic experiences with Reed – unfortunately they were the third HVAC service I tried in Columbia, wish they would’ve been the first. They are so thorough and available and experienced, they also don’t try and scare you into a new system every time because they probably are not owned by venture capital of the way a lot of these outfits are these days (Aireserv, etc.). Do yourself a favor and use Reed!

Our service tech Nick was great. He worked fast, kept the billed time down. Fixed it right. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional. We've been using Reed for years, a great outfit.
