The work looks great. Very prompt responses when I reached out. I was a little confused about how scheduling worked and needed to reach out to find out when the work was going to be done. But it was done very quickly once they came out.

It’s raining. I mean REALLY raining. I’m selling a house and the closing is tomorrow morning. There’s water coming through the ceiling into the kitchen. I’m in an emergency and there’s only one call I make. Prime Exterior Solutions, period. They’re there in 30 minutes. We find a branch has fallen through the roof and I need help. Tyler and his crew are there with a new boot, new roof sheathing and shingles to match the roof. One hour later and they are done. My last stop? Hot Box Cookies for the boys and they deserve it. Jackson was great to work with, made sure we had all the information to make decisions and the installation was done quickly without issues! The crew was very thorough in cleaning up the yard.
