I can’t comment on their work but I can tell you the google website is not accurate. It states they accept walk-ins but when you arrive there are two signs that say by appointment only and we went in an indeed it is by appointment only. The individual was very polite and apologetic and the salon is very cute and relaxing. I am leaving the area tomorrow but will certainly schedule services next time I’m in town.

Ming has been doing my nails for over a decade now! I don't feel like myself unless I see her every two weeks! I do have to book out a while to make sure I get a spot when I need it, but I'm happy to do that. Amazing results and such a wonderful person is worth it! She trains everyone at the salon to be awesome, as well. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Polished!

I have been going to Polished for a long time and I am never disappointed. Ming and her team are so friendly and do such a great job! I recently went in for a pedicure with Kaitlyn and was blown away with how sweet she was. She did an amazing job juggling all of her responsibilities in the store while making sure I was taken care of. She did a fabulous job on my toes! I will definitely be returning to her for another pedicure very soon!
