I’m a new member and I’ve been there couple of times now with my teenager. Teens get a free basic membership this summer and my daughter is really enjoying the free basic gym package! So because she’s there I joined as well and got the upgraded package. The membership I got includes the black spa and I’ve really enjoyed the water massage tables and the total body enhancement. Everything is always sparkling clean in the gym, spa, and locker rooms. My only disappointment was when I tried to take a shower. They apparently use tankless water heaters so when I took a shower I only got about 3 minutes of hot water. It was just enough... read full review

Growing up I used other gyms, but recently I moved to the southside. I decided that Planet Fitness would be the best choice for me distance and price wise.
Turns out I was right, and I have been pleasantly surprised. Always had it in my head that PF was not for the professional gym goers like myself, but I see plenty of others there. We come in do our work, and have a clean environment to do it.
In the last month and half I have been going here I have gone 58 times, as per my handy PF app they came out with.

I've been a member for over a year now and Planet Fitness has been one of the better values I spend my money on each month. Many gyms I've been a member of in the past, the staff act like you're an inconvenience, particularly if you're not one of the befriended regulars. So far, I've yet to have a less-than-stellar experience with the staff. They're always friendly and treat you like a welcomed member. They acknowledge you when you're leaving and say goodbye. When you ask for help, they're happy (or great at acting) to assist. Also, despite being busy sometimes, you can usually get access to the equipment you need if not immediately,... read full review
