I mistook this for another "Nelson Tree Service". This company however was willing to help me get in contact with the Nelson I was trying to get a hold of. They were super helpful and very polite.

We needed a tree removed on pretty short notice before we had sod placed in our yard. Nelson Tree Service was great to work with from start to finish. Their price quote was lower than the others we had obtained. The receptionist on the phone was friendly, professional and helpful. They scheduled us quickly and came on time to remove the tree. There was a miscommunication on my part about making sure the stump was removed on the same day and the guys called and got the stump remover there quickly. Darrell and the guys are the best tree service in the Columbia and surrounding area. I have used other services in the past and Nelson's delivers everything promised. You know the price prior to starting a job, the work crew shows up on time and the work performed is excellent. They clean up all debris and make sure you are satisfied with the job before leaving. Any extra jobs I have needed after the fact are added to their schedule and immediately taken care of as well. Nelson's is the best and I will always use them for my tree services!!
