Last year this company was amazing with never a problem. This year has been a 180 degree turn. Both mowing and weed eating were sloppy, leaving chunks of uncut grass in the yard every time. They would mow it as long as possible so that it needed to be mowed again 3-4 days later, taking more money. They did not leaf blow the extra grass out of the landscaping even though I requested it. They did not show up on the days they indicated they would arrive with no communication. I often had to go out for an hour to clean up areas they missed and redo and complete weed eating. I have used this company before for mowing and they were great. Used them recently for a one time mow and was not happy with the results. My yard still looked the same after they came out. I contacted them and they asked for pictures. The response I got was not what I expected. She said she could sort of tell along the fence line line that it had been mowed and then offered another service (not mowing, something about seeding). Never using this company again. They charge VERY HIGH PRICES and contract the work to a crew of Mexican guys. The work they did was sub-par at best and was not what was promised. They stole 30 landscape bricks, charged for 5 plants that we didnt get, left an oil stain on the driveway, tore out the wrong bush, laid a rock path on top of grass instead of digging and laying a foundation and now the rocks are already cracked the whole thing is coming apart. and everything they did was totally half a** get it done as quick as possible work that in 2 weeks has already started to fall apart. They charged $5,000 for a raised bed that is already falling apart and should have cost $3000 AT MOST, We feel robbed and cheated and hope noone else falls victim to these scammers sitting in air conditioning while they make money exploiting the hard work of (more than likely illegal) immigrants.
