Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else. I've come here for different issues over the years and though front line staff is fine the exam feels rushed and I don't feel like I'm being listened to at all. Last time was the last straw, I said my ear hurt and they proceeded to flush out my ear. I've had this done before because it's an issue I've had for awhile. Because I was already hurting it felt awful and rougher than usual. My ear got unplugged but right afterwards it felt even worse. I saw the wax and could tell it had been exposed to water for awhile. I even said it's my ear canal that hurts. They said it looked fine, said my ear drum was red and got me on antibiotics...read full review
