Big Tree Medical provides excellent care and is easy to communicate with. Patients appreciate the quick response to questions and concerns. The medical team is friendly, personable, and exceeds expectations. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. With affordable membership fees, patients can receive timely care, often within a week. The staff are always so nice and welcoming, and always respond to appointments requests or concerns through their app timely and efficiently. The care here goes beyond physical- they create such a nice and welcoming environment that any former fears of going to the doctor were left at the door! Big Tree Medical is fast and efficient! All the staff are extremely nice and friendly. This has been the best weight-loss plan.
I had an appointment with Larissa recently and she listened to why I chose Big Tree and offered options to help me save money and still receive what I want. Larissa listened to my concerns and seems to want to help anyway she could.
I like being able to send a message in the app and they answer within a couple hours.
I feel like Big Tree wants to help me to be healthy and have a long life.
UPDATED:I switched to Big Tree in July and am so thankful I did! I am so grateful to have Ashley. It is a great feeling to have a doctor who listens to all your questions and concerns and who works with you to achieve your health goals. Thank you so much!
EDIT: I have been a patient of Big Tree Medical for years. I have had a few issues with their membership (I know there are so many reports of this), but always was forgiving due to absolutely loving their providers. I loved my doctor. From the very beginning the Big Tree team has been so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I haven’t been a member long but know I made the best choice for me moving forward for medical care. Super excited for the future!
