Big Tree Medical provides excellent care and is easy to communicate with. Patients appreciate the quick response to questions and concerns. The medical team is friendly, personable, and exceeds expectations. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. With affordable membership fees, patients can receive timely care, often within a week. The staff are always so nice and welcoming, and always respond to appointments requests or concerns through their app timely and efficiently. The care here goes beyond physical- they create such a nice and welcoming environment that any former fears of going to the doctor were left at the door! Big Tree Medical is fast and efficient! All the staff are extremely nice and friendly. This has been the best weight-loss plan.
Absolutely love Calla. She’s a wealth of knowledge about medical and holistic health care and can’t recommend her enough for women’s health concerns too. I had seen her when she was with Mizzou and knew she was amazing, but she really exceeded my expectations for my initial visit at Big Tree. She made me feel comfortable and looked at all the records I brought in to give her recommendations. I always thought Big Tree doesn’t take insurance as well- but they do! And even if you don’t use insurance, it’s so so worth it. Mizzou just wasn’t cutting it for me for care for a variety of specialties and the move to Big Tree is 1000% the right choice. Dr.Mueller was amazing to me. Compassionate, caring, supportive and respectful. Gave me great coping suggestions and was thorough. I'm glad I got signed back up with Big Tree medical group, I have not had insurance in years and can't afford typical services offered so I'm glad we have something in Missouri that genuinely cares. I struggle with anxiety and depression and I express that I did not want medication and why and she respected and understood without pushing anything towards me. she gave me ideas and suggestions such as time for myself and journaling and how to journal 💕 very grateful for today's care.
Big Tree is how medical is supposed to be done. They actually care about your health. Trevor Perdue is great he listens and tries to get to the root of the problem that is going on. I recommend Big Tree to anyone looking for great Healthcare.
