Mizzou Dry Cleaning & Laundry Service

No longer does dry cleaning. They haven't for 2 years.

I placed my order Sunday. It is Thursday and nothing has been shipped. I have emailed 2x for status updates - ZERO response. I spent half an hour trying to call in the middle of the day. Tried customer service - called 3x but it rings until it hangs up. No one picked up the phone. Tried online orders 3x. Same thing. No one answered the phone. Tried textbooks and the guy couldn’t care less! Zero actual help. What? You don’t have your books and we haven’t shipped them? Well, they will ship when we get to them. There is zero reason for this! There is no way they are so busy that it is going to take a week to ship books! Unbelievable! Horrible customer service!

For a college bookstore - this is what you want. It's large, stocked to the brim with Mizzou-themed goodies, sells books, some snacks, and loads of accessories. I was easily able to find the "Mizzou Mom" sweater I came for (but you might want to add some step-mom, step-dad stuff as other college stores have just to cover the bases there too) and they had several parent options that were cute. We got mugs, t-shirts, and saw all the things we came for. Staff walking around were friendly and took great care of us. Checkout was fast and pleasant.
