Thank you so much for the most comfortable experience ever! I absolutely loved Tanisha! Her bedside manner is out of this world! I’ve never felt so comfortable and safe! We talked the entire time about EVERYTHING! Made me feel like I was talking to my bestfriend! 100000/1000000 recommend !

The staff is very nice, and for me the laser has been fairly effective, but I would echo others’ comments about how difficult it is to schedule appointments. The pricing ranges from $3000+ (for a small area like upper lip) to $15,000+ and there are no refunds. The problem a lot of customers have is that once you’ve paid, there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get an appointment.
I have had almost half of my appointments canceled by the office over the last 3 years for things like employee illness, internet outage, and laser malfunction. I am very understanding, but it’s hard to swallow spending thousands for a service and then not being able to use it. My last appointment was in early January, and my next appointment was supposed to be 5 weeks later. They texted to cancel the February appointment, offered me one appointment in April that didn’t work for my schedule, and the next available appointment they had is in June.
I would only recommend this location if you have the money to spend and are prepared for long gaps (that really affect the effectiveness of the laser) between treatments. I think the staff is doing their best and I think they care, but for the service this location is able to provide, I don’t think it’s worth the money.
(I know their overall rating is very high, but at many of my appointments they’ve asked me to scan a QR code and leave a 5 star Google review, so I think that’s where a lot of their 5 star reviews come from.)

I love the services that Milan offers. Sometimes getting an appointment can be tricky but it’s because they are so popular. Both my sisters have also gotten work done at the Columbia, MO location too. Best decision I’ve made.
