Derrick was amazing with my daughter who had a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist! He went the extra mile and explained step by step what was happening during her cleaning so that she was comfortable.
I have been there a handful of times and I have been there throughout dental work and normal cleaning and they have worked through my kiddos anxiety, unwillingness, and none stop questions ❤ thank you all so much for getting him to warm up to the dental world!
While my child receives good care here, we have experienced scheduling and communication issues. On one occasion, we received an email confirming our appointment during brunch hours. The morning of the appointment, we were called and told that if we did not arrive within 10 minutes, our appointment would be canceled due to being late. We explained that the time we had been given differed from theirs, and we were “squeezed in” conveniently after someone else canceled their morning appointment.
