Dr. Bell and his staff have always been professional and quite pleasant to deal with. I price shopped, and their competitors charge over twice as much as what I pay at LensCrafters. I highly recommend giving Dr. Bell and his staff a try.

Today my mom and I worked with Daniel. He's amazing! Good customer service is getting harder to find these days. He explained the deals that were going on and re-explained in a polite manner when both of us were confused about it. The first pair of glasses he showed me were the ones that I went with! He has a great eye and a good sense of style because they weren't even ones that I would have considered if he didn't point them out.

Annie at the Columbia location was so helpful. She replaced a screw in my favorite pair of sunglasses that I hadn't been able to wear for months. The store was very clean. I would definitely use this store again if I was in Columbia.
