The actual doctor is great. The customer service is lacking. Different open hours listed on Google and actual website. I've called all day long on different days and no one ever answers the phone. Finally just have to make trips to store to get questions answered. They always seem to have plenty of people there so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I was very pleased with my visit to this Dr. for an eye exam, and glasses.The Dr and staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment was very patient, and courteous, the Dr. was professional, and answered all my questions, and the optical technician that helped me select my glasses, were all top notch, and I would definitely recommend this business.

I have been a customer for a few years now. In the Jefferson City location, my service has been amazing. The Columbia location, I have not received the same service, and it is nearly impossible for me to speak to somebody on the phone to inquire about my orders
