Tried the 60 min therapeutic massage with Katina for $105, focusing on upper body.

Environment is calming and smells good. Katina is very professional. Before the session, she communicated with me about tightness/soreness/pain history and experience with massage. She also told me what to expect, including the type of techniques she might use. I really appreciate being informed.

During the session Katina did a mix of myofascial, hot stone (my first experience! See picture), some heating pack that smells like Chinese medicine, and a lot of joint motion type of work, which was quite interesting.

I Realized I needed a body massage last Saturday afternoon. I immediately googled spas in the area and called each one that piqued my interest. Unfortunately, no one could accommodate me in such short notice except KeLani. I went and I had the bes time. I`m definitely going again.

Just got out of a two hour massage with Alison and I loved it. I've had massages before at other places, though not in Columbia, and this was the best by far. She really knew how to ease tense or sore muscles without pushing too hard and making me tense up more. She started off with a very relaxing head and neck massage that was a wonderful way to start off, and when she worked her way down to my hands and, later feet, I was surprised at how great it felt. She finished off with some effluage and I absolutely love, used essential oils, and the environment was very quiet and not at all distracting.
