I booked a 2 hour massage because my pain on my back was something I needed to place close attention to. Liz was amazing at helping me understand the root of my pain and suggested stretches I could do to help out afterwards. The whole time during the deep tissue massage it feels that amazing pain where the tension was slowly being released off my muscles. I would definitely try again and I am looking forward to it!

Excellent Deep Tissue Massage! Had a terrible shoulder issue and she was able to get it to release and move more freely the same day. Liz knows what she's doing!
