I have an iPhone and the connector was not working. I worried that I was going to have to get a new port put on. I’ve now taken the same phone in twice over the course of about 3 years, and it’s been a simple cleaning that takes a minute and he never charges me. Very knowledgeable about how the phone works and the different issues I’m having with it and how to fix. I would recommend starting here with any problem!

GO HERE FIRST. Others tried with no joy, they absolutely saved me! My phone was saying debris in charging port and was almost dead but sacrificing a toothbrush didn't work and I was still 6 hours from my destination! They were able to get it right in no time and get me back on the road!

I took my iPhone 14 to get the screen fixed. Turns out there was more damage so the worker had to order parts two times. I still feel like I got my phone back at a reasonable time and a really good price. The worker looked grumpy but I think that’s just his face lol he was super nice and straight forward. Would definitely recommend iGenie :) but hopefully I never have to see them again lol
