All questions, comments and feedback were met with interest and action was taken every time. Every call, text and email were answered promptly. The crew members at our home were preofessional, kept a clean work area, communicated with us and double checked decisions or choices before completing the work. I can’t recall being more impressed. Graber did an excellent job and I’d recommend them to anyone. We are very pleased.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and had years of experience about the construction of both the deck and the fence. He arrived at the appointed time, and allowed sufficient time to answer questions.
He answered all our questions, and explained the process of installation to our satisfaction.
We are happy with Graber Outdoors at this point.

We love out deck so much! The entire experience with Graber was fantastic from bid through completion. We had anther contractor we had to fire due to a multitude of issues. Rob and his sons came in, fixed all the issues, installed out Rain Escape, and built an amazing deck. We’ll be recommending Graber to all who ask.
