My therapist is my best friend, which is also why I need therapy. LOL. But, seriously, Stephanie treats everyone with such respect and kindness, so it's hard not to connect with her. My life has changed so much for better, since I've started talking to her. If I miss a week, I feel like I'm off. The best part, though, is she has taught me how to problem solve and handle difficult situations on my own. Everyone at Counseling Associates is amazing! Your mental health is so important. The only wrong choice is not coming here.
