2nd time I’ve used Columbia Carpet Cleaning and have been very pleased each time. This time we had some stains come back. When I called, they were out here the next day to treat them. Very pleased
They did a great job. Communication was solid throughout, they showed up on time, were efficient, and easy to work with. The carpets look great. No upsell pressure, just did exactly what they said they would. I’d definitely use them again.
The technician who was supposed to clean my carpets called in sick. Eric came out personally to do my carpets and did an excellent job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.
