Came out to my home to give me a quote - told me $300 for a full move-out clean - said they'd be at my home at 12pm the day I had to turn in my keys. At 12:15pm, I called, and was snapped at because they were "eating lunch" and told me they'd be there by 1pm. Showed up at 1pm, I let them in, they text me 15 minutes later telling me that it was going to cost more than the $300 quote. The condition of the apartment had not changed a bit in the week since they'd been there to provide the quote, aside from all of the furniture being removed. Went back and forth for a bit in text, and ultimately, they were happy to leave. Communication was poor from the start, but they completely left me high and dry on the day I had to turn in my keys. Should have just paid more and gone with Maid Pro. Very unprofessional.

Owner charged credit card for more than agreed upon and refused refund. Satisfactory cleaning. Nothing spectacular. Often clean before and after cleaners . Baseboards, light fixtures, sometimes counter tops and bathrooms get skipped. Rarely move anything in kitchen to wipe down counters. Often skip stove. Cleaners wear shoes all over the house. Used for about two years.

I contacted CasaBonita via their website to set up a monthly clean of the first floor of my home. In the beginning Martha was very responsive, but it was clear she disregarded ALL instructions I gave her. The cleaners set off my alarms, even through I gave them instructions and code to disarm them. They also proceeded to clean the second floor of my home when I specifically asked them not to. They also left spots on my floor, didn't move anything off the counters, didn't clean my glass coffee table, I could go on and on. I would rate the clean at a 75%. I immediately tried to contact CasaBonita by phone, only to be told to send an email. I sent a very detailed email the day of my clean and asked to be contacted so I could speak with someone about this. I was completely ignored for over a week until they sent the invoice.
I would NOT recommend CasaBonita due to lack of communication, disregard of homeowner preferences, and the inability to thoroughly clean a space. When the first clean is supposed to be a deep clean, I cannot imagine what would be left untouched during a regular monthly clean.

Casa Bonita has been cleaning for me twice a month for 10+ years. They are very professional and thorough. My house is always sparkling clean when I return. This service is well worth the price.

I own a small firm with a small staff. We do most basic cleaning on our own but we hire a maid from Casa Bonita to do the general cleaning every weekend. It's been doing pretty fine so far.

I live alone in an apartment with 4 rooms that's a little too big for me. I needed to have the whole house cleaned as my parents were coming home from out of the country and I hired a maid from casa Bonita who did a fantastic job. They cost quite some money but it was totally worth it.
