I went in due to five days of persistent back pain. Despite this occurring for five days, Nakeya Steele NP dismissed this as due to my menstrual cycle that had started on the day of the visit. Her manner was insensitive and abrasive, as she interrupted nearly every attempt to elaborate or explain my symptoms. She also pushed for a urine sample to test for a UTI or kidney infection despite my doubt that it would provide useful results, as I have had multiple UTIs, and my symptoms today do NOT mirror those of an infection. Surprise, it was negative for anything clinically relevant!

The service was fast, friendly, and good. The reception went above and beyond with a small act of kindness that went a long way to help two people. Thank you

After sitting an hour and a half with only a single person being called back, people started asking when they would be seen. One person had been there 3 hours waiting, another 4 hours waiting, others spoke up they had been there almost 2 hours waiting. We walked out and others were following us.

Very friendly... but how do you not know what pharmacies carry both the nebulizer machines AND the medicine? Why did it take 24 hours from my daughter's visit to finally get her needed medicine? Including a trip all the way across town from us to the Kilgore's on Chapel Hill who did not have the perscription they were supposed to have. Not to mention the time on the phone to various other pharamacies who seemed as confused as we were. Half a work day spent doing the job of this urgent care. And getting told in the middle of this confusion by a receptionist there that she would do her best, but she's also working in an office. Cool. The office that is supposed to get needed medicines to their patients.

I'm only leaving one star because 0 isn't an option. Their posted hours do not tell you when they stop accepting patients for the day, and it makes it rather difficult to get there before that time when you are in no shape to drive and your spouse works full time.

The front desk lady was Great and nice, I was seen for my migraines and was told I was going to be given a nausea pill, well then the nurse came in and said this shot has to go in your butt cheek and I said βexcuse me what shotβ and she said that I was told I was supposed to have a shot but I wasnβt I was only told I was going to have a pill. I then declined the shot and said Iβm not taking that well then the nurse went out there telling the other one that I said no to taking the shot well then the other nurse came in and offered something different which I was okay with, I went back out to the lobby to get a doctors note and to wait for my ride. I then sat here listening to the nurses talk shit on me saying they shouldnβt have to work in fear and saying I was really rude and got it all on voice recording, will not be going back here again
