I had an appointment with Larissa recently and she listened to why I chose Big Tree and offered options to help me save money and still receive what I want. Larissa listened to my concerns and seems to want to help anyway she could. I like being able to send a message in the app and they answer within a couple hours. I feel like Big Tree wants to help me to be healthy and have a long life.

UPDATED:I switched to Big Tree in July and am so thankful I did! I am so grateful to have Ashley. It is a great feeling to have a doctor who listens to all your questions and concerns and who works with you to achieve your health goals. Thank you so much!
EDIT: I have been a patient of Big Tree Medical for years. I have had a few issues with their membership (I know there are so many reports of this), but always was forgiving due to absolutely loving their providers. I loved my doctor. From the very beginning the Big Tree team has been so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I haven’t been a member long but know I made the best choice for me moving forward for medical care. Super excited for the future!
