Had my roof redone due to hail damage and my gutters replaced. I dealt directly with the owner of the company throughout the whole process. He was more than helpful throughout the entire process. We had an issue with the roofing crew the morning they showed up, but as soon as I called the owner he came over and went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure we were happy. This was the reason he still got five stars. Phenomenal customer service, quick responses and the roofing crew did a great job. I highly recommend Andy with Bias Construction.

We usually don't put ourselves out there but this company was so good we would highly recommend them. They were quick but did not cut corners and did more than what was expected when a problem arose, such as broken skylight. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves, no mess left for us. Checked with other companies but their customer service did not compare to Bias Construction. Andy was always available when we had a question and very hands on.
