I can’t say enough great things! They have gained a new loyal customer! From the people who answer the phone to the technicians who completed the repairs I am extremely satisfied! When my AC quit right before a heat wave they had me back up and cool quickly. I highly recommend Botts & Tye.Service: A/C system repair
First, Botts and Tye provided us with the most reasonable quote for quality workmanship and equipment, and the easiest financing. Then, the installers were always here when scheduled, and did a stellar job fitting my very old house with new ductwork. My 100 year old, perfect floors still look perfect, but now with vents!!! We’re also pleased with the electric furnace and AC unit. The amazing installers worked efficiently and with precision, and were very respectful of our family, all working from home. I have nothing but praise for Botts and Tye and am so lucky to have found them.
Botts & Tye are amazing, we have used them multiple times and I honestly haven't had a bad experience with them once. They are always fast to come out and service the equipment and explain the issue and the prices are never extremely terrible. The members of Botts & Tye are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!!
