February 3rd, 2026 there was a 5 alarm fire in Cameron MO as downtown buildings burned to the ground. Buildings over 100 years old received smoke and water damage as they were connected to the burned buildings. ServPro Brian and his crew that included Michaela, Maci, Skylar, and Abbey have been nothing short of amazing. Very professional. Danielle and Luke are always available for questions to assist in navigating difficult questions and staying in touch with the timeline. Simply posting here that I recommend them for your regular and emergency cleanup is not justice for their services. 10 out of 5 STARS!

The staff at NCMV Services are the best! They are very caring for the animal and the owner. They promptly addressed the needs of my best friend, Inga, a German Shepherd. They implemented and thoroughly communicated a plan of care for her severe injury that required oral surgery. During surgery, staff members relayed to me how she was doing and called immediately when the surgery was completed to provide details of their findings. They assured that her pain was managed and spent time with her when she was waking from sedation.
In addition to the impeccable care, they did a great job in repairing her lower jaw to align with her mouth and tried to save as many teeth as possible.

FOR THE RECORD…I WILL SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!! The care I have received from doctors nurses food service and yes, even PT and OT along with housekeeping and all of the other support staff at Hedrick Medical Center has been the best!!! I have not one complaint about anything….everything was top notch!! I have favorites in every department as is human nature and I’ll keep those to myself. The bottom line is….take it from someone who has spent several weeks @ HMC…as well as a week in North Kansas City Hospital , there is no better care you can find than right here AT HOME!!! That I can promise you!!

This office is so helpful and easy to talk too. I filled out a 20 page application. Very frustrating and repetitive. I needed to include copies of my drivers license, DOT physical and social security card. They made me the copies and offered to mail it for me. Even supplying the large manilla envelope. In Michigan all that Work Force did was point at the computers I could use.
