I’m just so grateful for this place. There is nowhere in the St. Louis area like it. Places will say hot yoga, but it’s not truly hot. This is. It’s like you made a patchwork quilt out of the traditional Bikram series and a pretty strong vinyasa flow. Although the sequence doesn’t change, you have your own personal progression. I also feel the vibe is open and welcoming to all levels. Recommend!
Same routine every time and it's always hot. Some instructors have it hotter than others. The flow it s bit intense the first couple times but you'll get the hang of it and they always lead your through.
A friend introduced me to Sumits. I had never tried yoga, let alone hot yoga. After the first session, I thought I was going to die. I went there to get in shape physically, so I kept going. I've lost 90+lbs, and that's great.
Sumits is for everyone. It doesn't matter how much you can do. It matters you are there. Sumits has taught me to experience joy, happiness, and most of all gratitude.
Every day is a special day at Sumits. Do yourself a favor and go there once. Just don't forget to go back.
