Came here for the first time for my mammogram recently. It was very easy to schedule my mammogram online and there were lots of appointment times available. Parking was easy and close to the building. I initially entered the wrong area, but a volunteer was quick to show me where to go. I live somewhat far away and was running late due to a bad accident on the highway. When I called to let them know, they were very accommodating, telling me to be safe and get there when I can. The check-in process was swift and the staff was friendly.
I'm very impressed by the level of care the high risk program provides for eligible women under 40. From the initial intake call to the mammogram and same day follow up imaging and consultation, they do a great job making you feel informed and cared for. Additionally, NP Jill Flores is very thorough and down to earth and makes sure you are knowledgeable and comfortable with the plan moving forward. I'm confident that I'm in very good hands.
Website is mostly useless. Cannot make an appointment for anything beyond screening mammograms. Other area hospitals or imaging centers have someone answering the phones - not true here.
