Gave them a second chance even though there were many red flags and booked a load with them with a fcfs pick up until 2pm. My driver had a flat tire in the morning and our ETA for pick up changed, but we were still good for on time pick up and they just asked us to keep them updated. We kept them updated the entire morning and informed them once the driver was on the way to the pick up and gave them a 1pm ETA. Moments before arriving at the shipper, they told us they recovered the load without telling us and after we drove over 40 miles of deadhead. Much better 4PLs out there. Never I have seen a company so incompetent. If you want your transportation managed correctly, look for a legitimate 4PL or 3PL that knows what they are doing.
One of the worst broker experiences I've had.
No assistance during transit, no response to calls or emails, and a complete lack of professionalism across the board. It’s beyond frustrating—even giving 1 star feels too generous. Holan, Ryan and Brenden who states he was fired as soon as I booked this run last monday
