Jacob took over for my usual guy (that left Rottler) and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer some questions I had even before my scheduled service which I really appreciated!!! He was very kind and professional. He answered my questions while he was here and explained some things I didn’t know before. He was very thorough and I really appreciated everything about him!
I’ve been doing business with Rottler for years, they’re great. I love how I can contact my technician, David Allen any time with questions or concerns. He always takes care of things ASAP.
Been using these guys for several years. Matt Greenlee, our current tech, is very knowledgeable. He’s professional in appearance as well as in service. He’s friendly to our dog, and he doesn’t try to hit on my wife like that jerk Steve from Ter***ix.
