Dr. Bates and crew are simply the best. I walk in feeling like crap and walk out renewed and rejuvenated from top to bottom. They almost make it worthwhile to have an aching back and sore knees.
I love this place. You’re immediately greeted with friendly service from Katelynn, the receptionist. You feel so welcomed. Then you get amazing and compassionate service from Dr Shane Bates. Without telling him, he knows exactly where to focus. And the appointment ends with great, friendly, effective service with Scotty who administers electric stem. He’s fast and efficient. My chiropractic office is better than yours!
Dr. Shane is wonderful! He was able to help heal a rotator cuff problem that had been ongoing for 4 months and getting worse last fall. It went from severely limiting my movement to a full recovery 2 months later. Then I was dealing with knee pain that had been going on for 10 days that would prevent me from my ski trip in 21 days. One visit and the pain was completely gone within a few days. He is a great chiropractor and the deep tissue work he does makes him my first stop when dealing with any sudden/ongoing pain or discomfort. And a bonus is he takes insurance!
