I walked into Palm Beach Tan looking like I had been hiding from the sun since 2007. Then Ava happened.

She somehow remembered my name, answered my 4,372 questions without judging me, and made me feel like I was preparing for the Met Gala instead of buying tanning lotion. I’m pretty sure the UV rays started working harder just because she was at the front desk.

At this point, if Ava told me to buy a bottle of lotion that costs the same as my car payment, I’d probably say, “Sounds reasonable.”

Thanks again, Ava—you’ve officially set the customer service standard way too high.

I came into tan for the first time in a few months and Angel, Ava, and Meredith were all so helpful in teaching me how to use the new equipment. I was able to learn about my new products as well as how to use them in the most effective way to get the best tan. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

I just left the new Chesterfield Commons location of Palm Beach Tan and besides just being new it is a beautiful space with new beds and multiple healthy offerings. To top it off, Ava was so very kind and helpful and extremely knowledgeable advocating for good skin care while tanning! I encourage all in the area to stop by the new space and have Ava take you on a tour of all the offerings…you and your summer tan won’t regret it!
