“We have used Dowco for many years. They provide amazing service and always go the extra mile when they are here. During a recent fertilization service, the technician even cleaned up a dirt spill on our patio (from an animal burrowing in a potted plant). They typically blow any fertilizer off the walkways but this was truly a nice surprise!All the Dowco employees are courteous and professional. They are prompt to address any issue and always leave my property looking better than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.“

“My wife and I had the opportunity to work with JT and his team at Baxter Gardens to redesign the landscaping of our front yard. We recently bought a house and the landscaping had much to be desired. We met with JT at the house to go over design and plant selection. JT was very friendly and made the process easy. “We purchase about all of our plants for our customers from Chesterfield Valley Nursery and I can't say enough good things. The wholesale team is great and always easy to work with. Stacy does a fantastic job coordinating and responding to emails and phone calls in a timely matter regarding plant availably and pricing. She is always willing to show the customer where plants are and give additional information about them as well.Debi is the Director of Wholesale Operations and she always makes sure the plant material we are picking up is healthy and looks great. This is huge for us because we are planting the material we purchase from them at our customers houses so we are putting alot of trust in them in and they have NEVER let us down.This company as a whole legitimately cares about the quality of the plants their customers are receiving as well as the customer service their customers receive. I've been in the landscape industry for 15+ years and can tell you that you will not get a better selection of plants, customer service, quality and price anywhere else. Keep up the good work CVN!!!“

“I called Ryan for an estimate to cut a bunch of huge dead limbs of two trees on my wood line. Some of the limbs were very high.A guy came the next day and we and walked and pointed at all that needed done. He took photos. That day I received a written estimate with the photos. About two weeks later a crew of two came out and did a super job. All belts and harnesses. Very impressive. BTW, the lady I first talked to on the phone to request an estimate was great. She did a great sales pitch for Ryan.“
