All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Canada and Dr Pritchett collaborated to give my Bella the best care. Bella is my sugar glider, and many exotic veterinarians do not treat them. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me. From their regular to emergency services, they have been wonderful. They also have taken the time to respond to my questions via text. They truly care about Bella and my own well being. This is the best exotic veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have lived all over the country. I highly recommend them. Dr. Kersting and Dr. Canada are fantastic avian veterinarians. Our cockatiel had a laceration that had to be surgically repaired. They are competent, capable, and did an excellent job with his surgery. When surgery was mentioned, I was nervous about cost. The procedure was quick, simple, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
We had our first experience with Dr Kersting and his staff when our guinea pig became sick. The whole staff was incredible throughout the process, giving advice, support, and endless kindness. Unfortunately after a few weeks we had to put our Guinea pig down and the way they handled the whole process was with such grace and compassion is unmatched. Dr Kersting personally took time to explain to my son, who was very upset, the process and what was happening. His kindness will not be forgotten. Would highly recommend this vet for helping you with all your animal needs!
