Can't recommend Heartland enough. Worth the wait. Signed the contract in July 2023 and we knew the estimated wait was 12 months. They started work July 2024 and completed in exactly 4 months. Estimate was 4-6 months. The project was a 16 x 24 home addition and 14 x 16 covered deck.
We built our home with another custom builder. (Before we discovered Heartland) It was a completely different and better experience with Heartland. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole journey with Heartland: updates, small issues, change orders, project billing, etc.

We used heartlands for an entire backyard renovation. From the design process, to the material selection and throughout the build these guys did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them!
