I cannot say enough great things about the F45 studio in Chesterfield, MO! As a busy working mom, the last thing I want to have to do is plan a workout. I also needed to incorporate strength with my running, and F45 is perfect for all the above! In addition, Levi the owner truly cares and goes above and beyond to help with form and ensures you are getting the most out of your workouts. All the coaches and the people/community at F45 are encouraging, knowledgeable and amazing! I can’t say enough great things. Hooked for life!

45 minutes front to back including warm up. All you have to do is show up - even when I say I'll go easy it's always a great workout. Great combination of mobility, cardiovascular, strength. The owners are people of high integrity and they create a great welcoming atmosphere! Usually they offer a trial class or week - give it a try. I've been able to stay much more consistent with the 45 min ves hour long exercise studios.
