Call Hardy Engineers for a professional inspection! Kyle was very knowledgeable and clear in his assessment of my new home. He and I walked the entire home and he explained everything he was doing so that I could be as informed as possible. He got me the inspection report in a timely manner and the report itself is very well written. The report is broken down into categories that help identify trouble areas as well as areas that are good to go. Would highly recommend Kyle for your inspections!

Through my work with Lutheran Church Extension Fund, we engaged Hardy Engineers to complete two Facility Condition Assessments on our behalf. We had a very positive experience working with their team.

Over the past ten years, Missouri Association Management, LLC (MAM) has worked with several Reserve Study Firms on behalf of our Association's. We have found that Hardy Engineers offer the most comprehensive Reserve Study's based on the Community Association Institute (CAI) National Reserve Study Standards. The Reserve Studies are comprehensive and provide the long term budgeting tools and forecasts that our Associations need and can easily follow.
