American Cleaners is a reliable and friendly dry cleaner, described as personable and a go-to spot. Many customers have used their services for years. The staff, especially Stephanie, is noted for amazing customer service, a great memory, and being always pleasant. Service is very quick when needed. They do a great job removing tough stains like grease spots when pointed out. Most experiences are positive, though one customer reported an isolated incident with a different employee regarding an item they do not clean. Overall, it is considered a reliable business with excellent, long-term service.
You have an amazing employee named Stephanie. She recognized my name today and said I hod not picked up my husband's shirts for years. He had dropped them off in 2021 and did not tell me. He has been ill for years. What an amazing memory and great employee. Mary P.
Stephanie is amazing- great customer service- I am not in there that often & she still always remembers who I am- they have very quick service if needed- we love American cleaners.
My family has been going to this location for at least 15 years and will never stop as long as we live nearby. The staff - especially Stephanie - is always so friendly and pleasant!!! It’s personable, reliable and a great job each time. We appreciate you!!
