Initially, it appeared to be a problem with the turbo, so we authorized them to proceed with all necessary repairs. After further inspection, the issue was determined to be the catalytic converter, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. Gerry kept us informed in a timely manner with updates and reached out again to confirm that we wanted to proceed with the revised repairs. We picked up the Bronco today, and it drives and sounds as good as new. We are extremely pleased with the service we received at Fulp and will continue to use them in the future for any vehicle repairs.
