Very knowledgeable. They are recovering the arm cushions of our computer chair.Those arm cushions are complete and back on our chair. Real leather covering with a firm pad inside each. The work was expertly done and the reinstallation was a perfect fit. The leather color matches perfectly as well. Katie and her crew do know their art.

Pennington Upholstery is awesome. After making a recliner totally new a year ago, we came back with some authentic 50's chairs that needed a lot of love. They did an incredible job of making them feel solid and new and totally cute. We will be back to get a sofa "made new" again soon. Great staff, great to work with, and great workmanship!

Katie and her team re-padded my trucks arm rest. They did an amazing job, even taking the time to clean the leather on the worn spot from my elbow. They took extremely good care of my truck while it was in their possession. Now my elbow feels great again driving all over the country.
