Staff is very friendly and compassionate. The price was reasonable and worth the quality of service they provide. I've had to put a couple of pets down and the staff was very sympathetic and helped me through the experience. You can tell that they truly care about animals.

I am brand new to Carthage Animal Hospital and I am thoroughly pleased! Dr. Black was phenomenal. She listened, she asked questions, she reviewed all my dog’s past records, she spent time with my dog. None of the process with her felt rushed or that she was rushing. She didn’t try to persuade me into purchasing services she didn’t think I needed (which I have experienced at previous veterinary offices.) I felt she truly cared. I’ve never once had a doctor call me back personally to discuss my concerns when I called. The whole staff was welcoming.
