Unprofessional. Driver is really rude, I asked for an itemized bill and he accused me of arguing with him when I wasn't understanding charges. He then cussed at me for not understanding.

They opened the lot for us after it was already closed. The owner was extremely nice and did not seem irritated that we had disturbed him at home. We much appreciate him.

I was really impressed and so grateful for the two men. that towed our truck for us. We had a ball joint go out on us and had to leave truck on road. When we went to get truck they actually went out of their way to help us. They hauled truck up town for us and was able to get tool we needed from O'Riley's even though we didn't have money for the deposit to use the tool. My husband and I are both disabled retired people. These two men actually helped(did most the work) to put part in for us and get truck going for us. I was amazed and so grateful for their kindness. They didn't charge us anything for helping us out. I wish I was able to give them something extra for all they did for us. Times are hard for many of us right now. I really feel bad I wasn't able to they sure enough deserved it! This is the first time I ever wrote a review for anyone but these two guys are awesome people, I highly recommend Cardinal Towing and Recovery LLC I appreciate all you did for us! Thank you so much!
