“If you live in the Joplin area and are on a tight budget I highly suggest you check these guys out. Got bed bugs from work and needed help. Wendell was very knowledgeable about bed bugs and was in and out fast with the heat treatment. This was because my house is fairly new and there was a chance I had bed bugs (results may vary based on square footage and infestation level) but we wanted to be safe and nick it in the butt. Based on Google results, heat treatment is the best way to get rid of bed bugs. Wendell is very approachable and did a heat treatment for my car as well. Price was reasonable. He was very responsive to my texts and inquiries even when we were on the fence about if we should spray or heat treat. He was also understanding. He was kind to our neighbors and did not makes us out to be unhygienic people when the nosey neighbors were curious on what was going on. (P.S. the heat treatment helps with smoke smell and bad smells in the home as well).“
