We were introduced to C.R. Auto-Works after we submitted a roadside assistance claim, a little after midnight, on our way to a float trip. Kenny arrived and identified the problem and we were able to make it to our destination. The following day, they were able to work us in to get our alternator replaced while we were floating on the river. The price of the repair was much less than I anticipated and the friendliness of the team will not be forgotten. If C.R. Auto-Works was in our area, they would be the only shop I would trust to work on our vehicles. Thank you!!

Car broke down Friday night in Joplin. They got us to the hotel and then fixed the car at the hotel the next morning (SATURDAY!) for half the price we were quoted from other shops. Could not ask for better service! C.R saved our trip!

On Tuesday August 15, 2023 I left St Louis, Missouri en route to visit my cousin who was in hospice care in San Antonio, Texas. I prefer to drive at night so I left at 5pm. About 10pm I was about halfway between Springfield and Joplin when my car died on interstate 44 and I coasted to a stop on the shoulder. I started the car and continued only to get about five miles down the road and it died again. I repeated the same process many times until I made it to Joplin.
