We received the best customer service we’ve ever experienced with Custom Wood Floors by Stan. Stan literally saved Christmas! We had hired another floor company to finish the hardwood floors we installed in a new addition to our home. The other company created a “halo” effect around the perimeter of our entire room due to incorrect sanding methods. We knew this wasn’t correct but the other company repeatedly assured us it was a “shadow”, and suggested we move forward with top-coating the floor. I was “over the top” pleased with my beautiful hardwood floors by Quality Wood Floors! Their name definitely suits their workmanship - “quality”! The customer service that Stan and all of the workers, who worked on my floors, provided was so impressive! They wanted every detail to perfection as if it was their own house! My house went from nice to fabulous!
I cannot say enough good things about Stan and his crew. The quality of their work was impeccable. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and worked everyday until the job was complete. The crew was all very polite and friendly. No request was too small. They did everything we asked to please us. Anyone looking for wood or tile flooring I highly recommend Quality Wood Flooring.
