All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service tailored to my specific areas of concern. They even took the time to explain all services available at my request. This is a place you can walk in without the expectation of being pressured into anything and just enjoy the environment as they cater to your desires.
I have been going to OU for several years. I started with Cryotherapy and compression. I have struggled with restless leg for most of my life. This protocol took away my symptoms and kept me from taking medication to treat it. I started the bio identical hormone replacement therapy and it has changed my life. No more brain fog, night sweats, or mood swings. I feel better now than I did in my 40s. I highly recommend Optimize U! The staff is always welcoming and they can get your life optimal too!
This place has become one of my favorite spots to reset and take care of myself.
The staff here are next level—Brandy and Nicole are always so accommodating and genuinely take the best care of me no matter what I’m coming in for. Barry (the owner) is awesome too, we’ve had some great conversations and the whole place just has that rare vibe where everyone feels more like a friend than just staff.
