Today I called in to make a payment on my account after the website was malfunctioning and wouldn't allow me to add my card. Luckily, an employee named D'angelo under manager JP was able to expertly assist me. Even when it still didn't work at first I was offered an alternate solution to get the payment done when I wanted to. Polite, quick, and efficient; problem solved. Not only did this loan come in clutch for my family and I, the staff was helpful as well. I've had a great experience and will let you know if that changes, but I doubt it will.
I am so pleased with the Cape location, I appreciate the branch manager Ms Jarica and the loan associate Ms Carolann for what they have done to help me take care of a situation that was done. These two ladies bent over backwards and went beyond to help make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Ms Jarica and Ms Carolann for going above and beyond for me. Ya'll ROCK!!
