My wife and I had wanted a hot tub for years, and once we finally saved up, Farmer’s Pool & Spa ended up being our first—and only—stop. Adam and Amanda took the time to walk us through the different models, clearly explained the features, and had our delivery scheduled quickly and smoothly.
We had a tricky situation with our back patio because of support posts for the deck above, and I honestly wasn’t sure the tub could be placed where we wanted without major construction. Adam and his delivery team showed up, got creative, and were absolutely determined to make it work. Watching them handle the install so confidently made the whole process feel effortless.

I purchased a pool and hot tub through another company. The process wasn’t without wrinkles but I’ve been happy with what I got. However, I will now never recommend that company due to their failure to follow up on service. That’s where Farmers stepped in. I’ve gotten to know quite a few people on their staff and they’ve treated me great with every call and question I’ve had. They said we’ll treat you like family and Farmers certainly has. From water testing to warranty work, I wish I had made the Farmers choice from the beginning.
