For year my CPAP supplies were 0 cost in Sept 2022 my cost was $38.18 I was not informed of the change in cost to me , no bill was sent, and I did not find of until April 2023. That's is not the way to do business and when cost changed I should have been told beforehand.

Had a need for some medical equipment and Apria was my choice. They were thorough and efficient in all the process from getting equipment in, lining up insurance, training me to use said equipment and follow up to be sure after a few days that all was going well. Highly recommend

I haven't had any problems with Apria. The woman at the desk has gone out of her way to be helpful when I had an insurance problem, and the guys who work there are always prompt and pleasant when I go for new tanks. I don't have any trouble getting new hoses or equipment of any kind. I just ask, and they give it to me. I don't know if maybe some of the problems people are having are related to their insurance or supplemental insurance with Medicare? I have just had positive experiences with them.
