I just want to leave a positive review on the professionalism of 1st Choice as someone who only utilized them for a bid. William was very responsive as Carlos had him there within a few hours of my requesting a bid. He was very thorough in taking photos and presented a beautiful bid in a pdf format with details. My circumstances with insurance ended up taking me a different direction, but I was very impressed with First Choice and will utilize them in the future if I have any roofing needs. Out of all the companies I had contacted, they were by far the quickest and most professional.
Carlos, Dustin, and the entire crew rock!! They roofed our shop a while back and now we can add our house to their long list of jobs well done! They were here bright and early and had the entire job completed in one day. Everyone on the crew was courteous, efficient, and professional. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated.
